I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to thank a sweet young woman who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She was working in the salon area and I approached her for help. She immediately took the time to walk me around, explain different options, and answer my questions. I decided on my product, and she let me know she’s always in the salon if I need assistance in the future. She even gave me her business card. Made a hair appointment which I confirmed. Got a call the day of asking me to confirm again and if I could come in sooner. Before I could call back I got a text my appointment was cancelled. When I called the store to ask why they acted vague and said the stylist was on a break and if I “wanted to see if she could do the appointment.” Unprofessional and waste of time. Don’t book here.
