The stuff is not trained properly. I asked 2 ladies for a hair toner and they gave me a permanent hair color. Totally disappointed. They were too busy talking to each other and I bothered them. Asking how its the right way to mixed the developer and the “toner” they read on the box, just like me. “Great” help.

CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE!!!! They sell expired sunscreen products! Terrible. Also always ask for your reward points because Ulta employees are trained to not mention how much $ you have in points.
I had an excellent experience at the Salon with Samantha. I’ve waited to write this review until my hair started to grow out. It looks fabulous. Having a good style when leaving is one thing but having beautiful grow out a month later is another. I had a very specific vision and Samantha understood exactly what I wanted!
