This is the first time I decided to do business here and definitely will be the last. I came in with a girlfriend of mine. When I first walked in, the store associates didn’t look like they wanted to help me, so I approached an assistant. I spent almost 200 dollars and didn’t receive any helpful advice or samples that they thought would benefit me . Went in for help to match a lip shade to a liner as I’m newer to using makeup, and was met with rather hostile attitude. Upon asking the first employee I saw, I was looked at like a deer in headlights and then was told to wait so they could get me some help. Once the other employee arrived (a tall middle aged blonde woman), I explained why I needed help and she couldn’t have seemed more uninterested in helping me. Went to my car to open a lip product and the applicator was stuck inside the bottom where the product was. Couldn’t even use it. Went inside to exchange it and was told I had to wait 24 hours despite being in the store not even a minute prior. The manager didn’t really seem to care and it appeared as if I had inconvenienced her. She wasn’t sincere in the slightest. She was incredibly rude and had a major attitude.
