Extremely upset with my visit today 6/21, Veronica made me and my family feel extremely uncomfortable. She approached us asking if we needed help after respectfully declining, she did not stop following us around the whole entire store. She was in every single aisle we were in. Went in to ulta today after my shift. I am an authorized user on my moms credit card account. I went in and picked up two items. Went to the register with nothing but positive vibes. I put my own phone number in and then I swiped my card with my name. It didn’t go through, the associate said that maybe it’s locked if I haven’t used it in a while.
