I was scheduled for an eyebrow appointment. I scheduled the appointment month in advance as I was encouraged to. I showed up for my appointment and the specialist had decided to take the day off. I was not given a notification of this cancellation in any capacity, and the store could not have been more apathetic to the fact I drove out of my way 35 minutes for it.
Just had my eyebrows done by Emma. Just amazing and was painless. Definitely would come back again.
The staff was not welcoming. After not being asked if I needed help after a few minutes in the store, I went to ask a group of workers and smiled at them kindly and asked if I could please have some help, I told them I was getting makeup test samples for my wedding. The person that helped me barely made eye contact with me, she offered a sample and tried to put it on my face before I even knew what the makeup was or what shade it was.
