I had a very disappointing experience at this Ulta Beauty location. The customer service was extremely poor. My husband and I were clearly looking for help finding an item, and despite making eye contact with employees multiple times, no one offered assistance. We even tried calling for help more than once and were ignored. Ulta is always a good go too because if the product isn't good they will return it and help you find the correct one if possible 💝also their own brand is consistently good
Beware they are alll knowledgeable of the products and are so helpful you WILL buy the entire store! Everyone is so helpful. The staff remember you when you come. This is my personal favorite location.
