I absolutely love this Ulta, staff are typically always welcoming and assisting with zero questions asked, I wandered into the store 10 mins prior to closing and I have an elder lady that works the floor loudly in my face letting my know the store is closing soon, no greeting just rude and clearly agitated. The recent salon staff here is not very helpful and Jena is worst hairstylist I ever cut my hair with I asked her to trim my hair less than 2 inches and she literally cut my hair 4 to 5 inches which was not even at both side She literally cut half my hair without my permission. Worst haircut experience I ever had
Poor customer service. They rather watch me instead of helping me. I felt very disrespected. Never coming here again.
