I came to pick up my order, and it was given to me in a plastic bag instead of an Ulta bag.
Frustrating experience with curbside pickup! Followed all directions, pulled into spot, notified store I was there, confirmed location, then......nothing! Waited 10 minutes then went inside. Was told by associate that they don't do curbside service when it's raining! OK, I get it, but how about notifying the customer of this policy in some way? It would not be hard at all! Maybe print it on the sign at the pick-up parking spot. I can get this stuff on Amazon delivered to my door step. Will be doing that from now on.
This is the type of salon you need to be on top of the stylist and ask and make sure everything that they are charging you for. What a disrespectful staff and manager. Extremely unhelpful. By the way, if you want to be tipped, give good service and don’t sneak charges in.
The store is nice and they have a large selection. However I would not recommend getting the Hair Tinsel service at the salon. I thought it would be a nice addition to sparkle up my hair for an event this weekend thinking I would have a few thin strands placed throughout my hair. Unfortunately I got 4 very large chunks of tinsel, two on either side of my head which I felt like kind of looked like bicycle handlebar tassels.
