I had a hair appt scheduled for 10am, I called at 9:55 letting them know I was coming. I got there at 10:03 where a very sweet girl checked me in for my appt with Karla. I sat and waited until past 10:30 when Karla came stumbling out of the back and asked what I was here for and if I called.
