I had a terrible experience at the Ulta Beauty in Columbus, MS. I was in the store for over 30 minutes and not a single employee greeted me or offered to help. Several employees were just standing around at the cash register, talking and not paying attention to customers. Others were hanging out in the hair section, also doing nothing to assist.
