I had a disappointing experience in the store. After being tested with the Shape Tape concealer by the staff, I developed a stye on my eye, which is very uncomfortable. Additionally, the store seemed understaffed, and customer service was limited. Better hygiene practices and more staffing are needed.

I usually have a neutral experience at Ulta but last time I went for a pick up order the girl there was kinda rude and wasn’t paying attention. I only ordered one item but someone accidentally put other random items I didn’t order. I would never try to take someone’s else order especially since it someone’s hard earned money and I told the associate about it. They were on it. Maybe slightly understaffed but you'd never know it as the experience was great. Just happened to over hear them talking about how they were covering what. Great parking. Large store. Ample, broad selection.
