Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I received what I needed. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they were very accommodating and even helped me schedule one. Truly excellent service.
I placed an order to pick up. When I went to pick it up I checked my bag. No free gift. I asked the girl and she looked at me like I was crazy. She’s like a birthday gift. I’m not no. I get a free gift with my purchase of Valentino product. She just said oh well we probably ran out bc they would have put it in your bag. 💀 So first you have zero clue what im asking then you lie and just dismiss me. Snooty Employees! Went yesterday and need help buying some products; I asked for help and was ignored. I also asked for a napkin and was also ignored. They were too busy either being on their phones or talking to each other.
Not to lie my experience was horrible I wouldn't even give them a 1star..took my daughter bcuz it was her BDay and she wanted a cleanser she was suppose to get a free little surprise gift and the cashier wanted her to pop her email which im reality it pops out on their screen thats its BDay...Im not going to say the cashier or put her on Blast bcuz she knows who she is and I do too bcuz it says it on my Receipt..But thanks for the attitude u gave us.. Very poor CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!...Need some training to be honest...
