Had a wonderful experience here. I came in to get my hair done by Kylie and she took her time, and was so kind!! I left feeling so good, definitely will be back.
Easily the most smug, stuck up and unhelpful management I have encountered in retail in a long time. Still waiting on resolution from a return that was incorrectly processed as merchandise credit in the beginning of July. After 30 plus mins of dealing with the error in store Esther promised to resolve with customer service and call me back later that day which didn’t happen. I have made multiple calls to the store for an update since and still no resolution. I was eventually referred to Mia but word from her either.
Watch out for the GIANT COCKROACH in the cosmetics aisle - we saw it while browsing the NYX products. The staff was so nonchalant when we screeched it makes me think they weren’t surprised to see it. I continue to be disappointed by the management at this particular store. I would avoid this location at all costs if you can.
