This store has a very nasty manager, rude, rude, rude! It's a serious wonder how the store makes any money at all, considering there's a Sephora in the same mall. The employees that support are completely awesome. Their customer service oriented. They know what they're doing. They know their product and they're very very helpful with their customers. Unlike Ulta. I think this store needs a new manager
I had such a wonderful experience with Keya yesterday! She was so kind, patient, and friendly while cutting my daughter’s hair. She made my daughter feel comfortable and special, and my daughter absolutely loves her new haircut! Kaya also gave us helpful advice on how to take care of and style my daughter’s curly hair. This has got to be one of the worst Ulta places I have ever been to. I picked up an order and received two incorrect items and I wasn't able to switch them for the correct ones the same day, until After 24hrs due to the system. People! give me my products and log it on correctly on your system the next day.
Went to the clinque specialist. She is always very helpful. Understood I was on a budget, she was friendly and helped color match my foundation. Another associate helped me find the bathroom.
Awesome customer service!!! I had two ladies go above and beyond to help me out, Abby and Lily!! I was looking for a specific perfume and once we realized it wasn’t carried in store they help me find it on a couple different websites at the best price points and still pointed out perfumes that would smell similar to what I was looking for, in store. They were extremely polite and patient with me! 🫶🏽
