I had such a great experience with Dinitria Herndon! She gave me a beautiful layered haircut that came out even better than I imagined. She took her time, made sure everything was even and styled perfectly, and really listened to what I wanted. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! Today I visited the Mall of America location. I always have a great shopping experience with so many amazing beauty products. Today I bought the "snail mucin power essence" and the "advanced snail all in one cream" which came highly recommended by their associate "Angelie." I was so impressed by her, as she was so bubbly, kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable on this product. I'll definitely continue to be a return customer. Thank you Store #1409 and "Angelie!"
Awful management and customer support. Brought a check in to pay off my card that I’ve had for years and they just said they didn’t know how to do it so they can’t help. Asked for another manager and she was no help either. Also asked them to call someone and they refused. They looked at me like an idiot and won’t be returning and canceling my card. Both ladies on management staff clearly don’t know how to work with women and in customer service.
Dee was wonderful! I've had a hard time finding a good lipstick over the years and haven't tried for a long time. I decided on a whim to try again and they were willing to spend time with me to get it just right! I was actually able to find something I liked! Will definitely be back.
Got my nails done there and turns out you have to add 4 coats of gloss when using glittery glasses . You can't test the nail gloss though they just let me because I'm vip I got lucki
