I love going into the Chillicothe Ulta store. The assoicates at this location are very helpful. Keep up the great work Ulta!
Please try to avoid going in person to Ulta and just stick to online if you live in the Chillicothe area. It’s overran with unattended children running and screaming through the store, filling bags with items and leaving them for employees to put up later. Then when I went to checkout, the register was a MESS and the behavior of employees cost the company a lot of money today. Granted, I should’ve checked the hours prior to making a spontaneous stop for my kid to use her gift card that she’s been anxiously holding onto since Christmas, but we were in the area. Watched two girls walk in, followed closely behind and the elderly lady working the counter about had a heart attack, making sure she escorted us right back out the exit “unless we had something specific she could quickly grab for us”.
