There is no online service. They list a 20% off sale. I forgot my password. The site would not send a link. The phone number was out of service for an hour. When it did go through was on hold for 12 minutes. Hung up. When I go to the store it is way understaffed. Maybe 2 people if you're lucky. Only 1 time has anyone helped me with finding anything. I'm done. I guess someone else can have my money!

Brooklyn was the sweetest person and spent at least 20 minutes with me, helping me choose makeup. I haven't worn makeup in 20 years, and I really appreciated the extra help. Thank you Brooklyn!

Came in to get a comb and cologne. Couldn’t get any help. Plenty of associates but of no help. I guess the days of them asking if you need help are gone. This is the second time at this location. Customer service training is needed

I have been getting my brows waxed at Chillicothe Ulta for almost 2 years now. Angel has been doing them for about the last 6 months I believe. She is great! The last two times she has also done my lip and was very open about how it can be painful at first when approaching it the first time. She is wonderful, very nice, and welcoming every time I come in!
