I would pick Ulta over Sephora any day. They’re nice and friendly
Went in to looking for skincare product and needed help finding it so I ask an employee for help and she also didn’t know where it was so she asked a manager there for help and instead of getting up to help her response to her was “it’s skincare so check skincare” I ended up having to ask the manager myself in order for her to help her find out which is beyond disrespect and felt so bad for employee. If she hates her job maybe she look for a new one instead of treating ppl like crap
I went into Ulta planning to grab just one item, and thanks to Yarela’s amazing help, I walked out with many more products that I absolutely love! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations without being pushy. She really listened to what I was looking for and introduced me to products I didn’t even know I needed.
