Don’t bother making an appointment online for a haircut. I scheduled an appointment with Janaiya for haircut many days in advance, only to get a phone call 1 hour prior to appt saying she’s “fully booked” and to “come back tomorrow”. A courtesy phone call few days in advance would have been more professional. What’s the point of making an appointment days in advance? No one checked or called ahead to confirm.
