I had a root touch up with Nancy I go in she’s complaining that she has a client right after me and then said she won’t have time with me then goes I don’t even know if I have your color goes and checks and ironically she doesn’t have my color which is literally black…. I had an event to go to after and I ask her if there’s anything else we can do she offers to put BROWN hair color in my black hair ?!??!!!?! Worst salon experience ever. Why would you even allow me to book and then waste my time?
Received another wonderful haircut from Nancy. She always helps me find the right hair style and the right products, which can be difficult with my fragrance allergies.
Gabriell was wonderful! She left the counter to help me because no one on the floor offered. She was awesome!
Horrible establishment. They have a really bad habit of letting excellent talent go and not telling their clients where they went. If anyone is looking for the hairstylist Stephanie she can be found on Instagram at @stephiecanstyle. What really irritates me is that they waited for me to come in thinking I had an appointment with her, but they stuck me with a different person who did not know my hair. Such a shame.
