This Ulta has some of the best Customer service of a store I have been in. Aidan was a very big help and helped me find everything I needed. Thank you all very much!
I went in today to get my makeup done for a masquarade party. I want to be dismayed that I had to pay extra to have the eyes done right and the gems I brought added, but Patty did such an amazing job! My vision came to life! Highly recommend.... Fyi...Mission Valley location!!!!
I mean the store itself is great they have every type of beauty item a woman needs. Now the staff are overly helpful they will not let up on trying to assist you were it becomes almost annoying. You dont know if ur a customer or a suspect at times but other then that and the prices are a bit high. They should offer more discounted merchandise.
Certain staff at this Ulta Beauty should be ashamed of themselves. While I understand being proactive about loss prevention, without fail they discriminate against POC. I visit this Ulta maybe every other month as I live in the area and multiple times, I have been followed as soon as I enter the store.
