Terrible blowout. Started much later than the appointment time. Made my hair more frizzy and sticky post blowdry. Completely soaked my coat and dress during wash and pulled hair way too strong while drying. Complete waste of time and money.
They absolutely did not help me find the product. I asked about the product three times, and the employees didn't show me where it was. Finally, an employee came who did help me; her name tag said Jessica.
I’ve always made this my go-to location because it’s the closest one to me. Today, after work, I stopped by and Alex was incredibly helpful. I needed a perfume, and she took her time to ensure she was giving me the right one. She also mentioned that I qualified for a free blanket with my purchase, but they had run out earlier in the day. I came into this particular location absolutely desperate to find something to cover up my acne scar so that I can take some decent holiday pics. First employee I saw there was Crystal. She offered to help me and sat me down to shade match me. I love that she was super patient and she also made me feel comfortable, plus she made me giggle which is always good imo lol. Gals there were very helpful in all my needs. Found what I needed and then some. The gals were very helpful and answered my questions and showed me where to find whatever I needed. There's lots of sales going on for Christmas. This should be a nice one stop place to do your Christmas shopping without hoping from one store too another. Found several things I saw for friends for Christmas.
