I bought products But promotiona is mix&match buy 2 get 1 free, But cashier doesn’t give me 1 free , she charged me full price. I don’t mind today because it’s was cheap product ,But I feel bad cashier Should pay more attention. What if costumer buy more expensive product to expect another piece.

We went to the Ulta Beauty Salon for my daughter’s quinceanera a few weeks ago. All of the damas, sisters and I had our makeup and hair done there. It was great! Mariel, the manager, was awesome from the first time we inquired about their services all the way to the very end. She answered all of our questions, made suggestions, helping us through the whole process. Very professional and organized. This is my third time in this store and the workers are always consistently rude, unhelpful, and judgmental instead of being helpful towards customers. After reading reviews by others, I really advise proper customer service training.
