Good, friendly. helpful staff. They knew what perfume brands they carry, and had my order pulled and sent to the checkout counter so all i had to do was get in line tp pay
I had a very frustrating experience at this Ulta location. I waited in line for about 20 minutes because there was only one cashier, Christina, working the entire front while the line kept getting longer. I had an item that was marked on sale, but when Christina rang it up at full price and I asked her to check it, she made it very clear that she was inconvenienced. They greet you when you enter the store. They seem to have no staffing issues as I observed 4 or 5 beauty consultants on the floor waiting to help you with your beauty needs.
