Went there to pick up my usual eye liner and wanted recommendations for a travel eye shadow palette but they were not helpful. They just pointed me to it which is fine but why go to ulta when I can go to Walmart or target if that’s the experience I get? Sure you have more variety but with retail stores closing because online prices are so competitive if you don’t provide expertise why shop in person then. I might as well have AI make the recommendation then Amazon it.

Everyone is so helpful and I like coming to this location. Today though Carlos made me very uncomfortable with the interaction at the register and then afterwards what I told him I have a pickup he told me to smile. It's just an interaction that I just don't want to have the future and especially to make any woman uncomfortable. Another thing is I did ask for my rewards and he rolled his eyes saying I only have a few dollars.

I’ve been coming to Ulta in Glendora for about three years now, and every time I walked in I was still searching for the right moisturizer. My skin is already oily, so when something doesn’t work, I feel it right away. Today I went in to return another moisturizer because it was leaving my face very oily after I was told it was a water based with no oil.
