Your service was awesome! I called and was trying to make an appointment for over a week at another location and I called and was able to get it done . Thank you Val and Angela for getting it done. The whole store atmosphere was great, not too crowded and loud. Made the experience great for coming to this location.
Do NOT, I mean do NOT, buy any products at Ulta Beauty. The store has a 60-day return policy that is non-negotiable, even if the product is defective! I'm sorry, but I don't feel that I need to try out my hairspray to make sure the pump works. There is an expectation that the product should work the way it's supposed to. For Ulta to not even allow me to exchange it for another of the same hairspray means they will lose me as a customer for good.
