Do NOT, I mean do NOT, buy any products at Ulta Beauty. The store has a 60-day return policy that is non-negotiable, even if the product is defective! I'm sorry, but I don't feel that I need to try out my hairspray to make sure the pump works. There is an expectation that the product should work the way it's supposed to. For Ulta to not even allow me to exchange it for another of the same hairspray means they will lose me as a customer for good. I HAD THE MOST AMAZING TIME THANKS TO JOY! Joy helped my friend and I get skincare and makeup that helps our skin and meets our needs. Joy was so knowledgeable, kind, and personable. She taught us how to make the tools work for us and showed us what works for our skin. She showed us so many incredible clinique products that I can't wait to use, and some I cant wait to try in the future. Incredible makeup now seems attainable thanks to this experience, can't recommend enough!
