Omg! I just sat in my car after my amazing customer service I just had at Ulta! Rushed to review literally as I sat down! Evelyn was so kind and patient with my transaction, and went above and beyond! She’s the best!
They closed the store before closing time. Closing time is 8pm. I arrive at 7:45pm and the store was closed with no employee in site.
