Very disappointing experience. The store was nearly empty, yet it felt like no one wanted to help. It was like pulling teeth just to get assistance. One associate said she’d check on something for me but never came back, and another didn’t know the brand I needed. When my shade was out of stock, they wouldn’t even check another location. I had such a great experience at Ulta Beauty thanks to Isabella! She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen to what I needed, gave thoughtful recommendations, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my choices. Her positive energy and professionalism truly stood out. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in the way she treats customers. I mean the store and staff are amazing and helpful it's just like maze and so colorful it's distracting they have an endless amount of different beauty products what I advise is to be ready for a long walk around the store I walked around at six times and it was worth it because their products are top notch.
