I went in for a scheduled appointment for color and cut .. My stylist applied my color and when on to wash and cut another client. She had me sit for two hours. This whole time she was talking. She then proceeded to wash my hair and cut it. I asked for a layer cut. And I ask to cut my hair short. She cut maybe 1/4 of an inch. During this time my stylist was arguing with another stylist over hair products that had been stolen. This review is mostly for Yalda! I started coming to her about a year ago for haircuts, after a particularly unbalanced one left me frustrated. My hair is thick, coarse, and heavy—something that many hairdressers struggle to work with.
