Honestly I love Ulta and I'm only giving a 1 star because of the behavior from one of the stylists. I went in the store for a facial product but overheard a Hairstylist telling a guest that she was styling to never dye her hair red because that shows your age. That only "older" women dye their hair red. She proceeds to say please don't ever do that. This made me feel highly uncomfortable. Tatiana at the Ulta Salon was so great! She really listened to my needs about my hair, made great conversation, gave me a beautiful haircut and blowout, and did a great job listening to me about my bangs (which i’m pretty picky about). Overall I really recommend coming to ulta salon and scheduling with Tatiana.
The last time I have very bad experience one of the employees offered a shopping bag and kept following my daughter and me around the store we feel very uncomfortable about this action .
Workers are very helpful and knowledgeable, I bought products for my daughter face and finally found the right one. Thank you so much.
