I was in the store in Hot Springs on 09-29-23. I was in there for 30 mins. No one greeted me or on the floor asked if I needed help. In which I did. There was an older man who was just walking around looking busy with ear buds in. I had to ask a girl working on a customer for help. Several others came in after me and they were greeted and where helped. I can go to Dillard's and will from now on. Your employees service is sub-par!!!!

Hair appt. canceled via text with no explanation.I called the store and was told the choice of persons I chose no longer works at store and no available appts. for my choice of days or times after being on hold for long period. I won't go there again!! #Bad Service

Very friendly and courteous. Staff here make you feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. The inventory is always bountiful. We enjoy shopping here for our "beauty needs." 😀
