I stopped in to by a Bobby Brown concealer and I bought way more than that. Initially, when I walked in, every person that worked there was talking to each other in the front by the cash registers. I was briefly acknowledged with a very very brief welcome. They never stopped taking to interact with me. Beware of Adan A., a stylist at Ulta in Napa, as he was deeply disrespectful to me. Adan called me ONE HOUR before my appointment on 2/7/2026 with him for an updo to cancel the 2pm appointment I had made on 12/24/2025. He insisted that he was not cancelling my appointment but that he could only see me at 3:30pm that day. How is that not cancelling my 2pm appt? Gaslight much? This review is for Esmeralda! I was getting married in Napa but as a DIY bride—aka someone offered their house for us to get married in for free) Naturally, I wasn’t about to fork over thousands of dollars for a Napa MUA, so I decided to just do my own makeup.
