Very helpful team. I walked in like a blind man going to laser quest, no clue what was going on. The staff helped me out to get what I needed and were very polite.

I purchased a kit today and when I got home, discovered that the instructions were missing. I didn’t have a receipt due to a technical snafu so I called the store. Manager Stephanie was my angel hero tonight- she found another kit that was damaged out, scanned the instructions, and emailed them over to me. She then called me to make sure I had received them.
