I decided to go with curbside pick up for my order this time. I said “i’m here” in the Ulta app. I waited 15 minutes in my car and no one came so I walked in to find 3 employees standing at the counter chatting about something not work related. Annoying! Just take curbside away if you can’t do it.
I visited the Petaluma location in search of foundation and a few other products, and Morgan was wonderful from start to finish. Without me requesting a specific brand, she brought me straight to Clinique—the brand I’ve used and loved most in the past! Walked in went to cosmetics. No one offered to help right away, usually they’re asking the second you walk in. Got someone’s attention, explained that I wanted to start all over with cosmetics so show me everything you have, from foundation to primer, concealer, eye shadow, all of it! I wanted someone to show me all they had to offer and I told her what I needed in general. Renee did such an amazing job with my hair!! I have paid 3x this at other salons and not been nearly as satisfied. She was kind, quick, efficient, and lovely to chat with! Would HIGHLY recommend her over any of the overpriced salons in Petaluma!!
