Got my haircut here by someone who was supposed to be an "Elite Stylist" who cut off double the amount of hair I asked for. She was doing a curly cut, where they cut it while it is dry, wash it, and than cut it again. She told me she was only cutting it again to even it out slightly, however she cut off probably 3-4 more inches. Now my hair looks horrible and it is so far from what I asked for. 97 dollars down the drain.

5* for such a thoughtful and well-done consultation. They helped me find a concealer and under eye corrector that look amazing! I’ve been trying to accomplish that forever. We picked one premium brand and one “cheapie” and they’re a great team. The store is stocked, seems to carry many skus, and it appears clean and nice compared to other locations.

I had an extremely disappointing and unsafe experience at this Ulta location. After my visit, I suffered a severe reaction on my eye and lip—it wasn’t just an allergy, but a clear infection. The makeup artist did not properly clean the lipstick or under-eye products, and the next morning, I woke up with these awful symptoms. There's a reason I only go in here once a year and out of total necessity. The staff is catty and rude. And also more concerned about their poorly done caked on makeup than helping customers. Got in line for a return (ordered shampoo and conditioner and it arrived smelling like a dead body) when waiting in line for return, mousy blond employee who was more concerned about her Santa hat and red sweater walked away and ignored me.
