There's a reason I only go in here once a year and out of total necessity. The staff is catty and rude. And also more concerned about their poorly done caked on makeup than helping customers. Got in line for a return (ordered shampoo and conditioner and it arrived smelling like a dead body) when waiting in line for return, mousy blond employee who was more concerned about her Santa hat and red sweater walked away and ignored me.
