Very disappointing customer service at this Ulta location on 7/19 11 am. I came in to redeem my birthday gift after a manager had previously told me to return a week later when it was back in stock. I explained that I couldn't find my birthday coupon in my Ulta account and asked if they could look it up using my membership, as other beauty retailers such as Sephora does. Staff was very friendly and helpful. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and asked if we needed help finding anything. The store was clean and organized. We found what we were looking for, went to pay and there was a price discrepancy. The girl at the register went to check the price, grabbed her manager, they both came up and the manager apologized for the confusion, and took good care of us. So appreciated her! Got my haircut here by someone who was supposed to be an "Elite Stylist" who cut off double the amount of hair I asked for. She was doing a curly cut, where they cut it while it is dry, wash it, and than cut it again. She told me she was only cutting it again to even it out slightly, however she cut off probably 3-4 more inches. Now my hair looks horrible and it is so far from what I asked for. 97 dollars down the drain.
