I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Ulta in Colma, CA. My sister made an appointment for my 4-year-old niece on her birthday, 8/12, because we wanted to make her day special by getting some tinsel put in her hair. The experience was frustrating from the very beginning because the appointment time kept getting rescheduled. Then, once we finally arrived, the service felt extremely rushed. Windy is very professional, thoughtful, and attentive throughout the whole process. She really took the time to understand what I wanted while also making sure my hair stayed healthy. I’m very happy with how the color turned out, and the result is beautiful! Definitely recommend Windy and would love to come back again!
Looking at all the hype about Windy! I decided it was time for me to get a haircut after a bit over a year or maybe even two. She recommended I get some kind of treatment because my hair was super dry. I even fell asleep during the wash..that’s how good it was. After a few hours, my hair feels amazing, smells amazing and LOOKS amazing!!
