I picked up an item that the sign said it was 25% off. The employee refused to give it to me said it was not on sale.I brought them over the sign.Today is the eighth, the sign supposedly expired on the third, but it was still out.They refused to give me the sale price and employee named jacqueline was yelling at me in front of customers and was very rude to me

Went to return items purchased through Banana Republic, since Ulta does Happy Returns service. The associate helping me was very abrupt to the point of rudeness, as my Banana Republic QR codes didn’t scan at first try for 3 of 4 items. She told me I needed to call Banana Republic to get new QR codes, after I suggested if it’s their scanner that’s not working. I have never been to an Ulta Beauty this nice and clean before. The inside of the building was really clean and smelled amazing. The employees here are super nice and friendly and really helpful. I will definitely be coming back to this place. I give this place 2 thumbs up 👍👍. Best place to whatever your looking for, for men and women. I love it !!!
Windy at the Salon is incredible! Honestly best haircut /blow out I have gotten this entire year. She truly knows hair. We did a cut, gloss, and treatment and my hair was so soft and still kept my length!
