When a company underpays its workers, understaffs its stores, overlooks burnout, and fails to train or support its employees, that instability will always show up in the customer experience. I just had to write a review to share my lovely experience with Windy for a signature haircut, color and partial highlights on Friday. Windy is an exceptional stylist. She replicated the exact style of the photo I brought in and corrected my highlights and color with a perfect blend. Windy is also very professional and dedicates her time to you and makes you feel taken care of. I am grateful to have found Windy and am very much looking forward to seeing her for all my hair services!
