I have been going to Ulta in Colma for several years and spend hundreds of dollars a year, because it was fun to shop for beauty products in a friendly, nice atmosphere. It smelled nice when I walked in. The experience is important! Their prices are NOT cheap, in my opinion. For example a skinny eyebrow pencil is $36. A simple haircut + tip is easily over $100. Their atmosphere and customer service used to be nice like Sephora. But recently the staff has become more and more unfriendly, dismissive, or can't be found to help.... read more
Windy did my hair and it was amazing. She was so nice and walked me through the whole process!!
I had an a haircut with the full package (including scalp massage) with Windy at Colma branch. All the services from the beginning to the end were wonderful. She's a great stylist and goes above and beyond so you'd love your looks.
Ulta has been my one stop shop for a while for everything makeup and beauty services (brows usually). I needed a haircut really bad before a trip and decided to go with Windy who is the sweetest hairstylist, totally listens to what you ask for and delivers! Looking forward to the next appointment already :)
