Poor Experience — Will Not Return to this Store I had quiet an experience at this store on July 22, 2025 I had a deeply upsetting experience at Ulta that I believe reflects racial bias and discriminatory treatment. While my partner and I (both women of color) were browsing the Maelys cream section, a store associate loudly and repeatedly announced, “Can I get a second set of eyes in this aisle?” singling us out without reason and making us feel publicly targeted and humiliated. So happy I ran into Sabrina! She was able to help me get matched with a new foundation. She also had some great recommendations for other products I needed. She was super kind, patient and thoughtful!
Beverly was so helpful! She helped me color match a tinted moisturizer (which I’ve really struggled to do!) and gave me some really helpful suggestions on some other products I’ve been considering. I can’t wait to try what she recommended!
