This location is probably the worse one that I’ve been too. The store is already small and it is not well stocked. A lot of the products we were trying to buy were not in stock, all they had were the testers that were old and sticky. Also, the people that worked here are not the nicest either. The employee Bee needs to work on maintaining professional decorum in a high stress enviroment. She was so pressed on being right and explaining the pickup order process, she failed to have grace for a guest that had no ill-intent. I literally just came to pickup an order up a little early because my workplace was around the corner. Which I explained to Bee, I do not live on this side of town. I love this Ulta! It’s so well stocked + run and has the BEST staff. Dayeh, Mark, and the girls who work the Benefit Bar in particular are the absolute best 🫶 I love coming here!

Usually shop here for my products never really had an issue until I over heard I think he was a supervisor or manager he had sort of curly hair Hispanic looking man talking to the employees in a really disrespectful way, I know it’s really none of my business but at a work place environment I don’t think that is necessary and now I can’t help to think how they treat their employees.
