This is my favorite ULTA the customer service team is great
Some helpful staff on the affordable section, but when you’re on the high end section, it feels very uncomfortable-has that old school selling style where they pressure you and just read a script to you to upsell without much true knowledge of the product. Items are always out of stock.
Mark and Louis were amazing and made me feel extremely heard. They color matched me extremely well and offered great recommendations based on my price point without judgement. Trusted their guidance and I’m extremely happy with my purchases. Walked out spending over $250 because of how well they treated me.
Just left this store. Went in for lotion and sunscreen and every time I looked up, security was right there looking at me making for an uncomfortable shopping experience especially being the only black customer in the store at the time. I put everything back and left. I don’t hope he gets fired but I do hope that y’all train employees on their biases.
