Usually shop here for my products never really had an issue until I over heard I think he was a supervisor or manager he had sort of curly hair Hispanic looking man talking to the employees in a really disrespectful way, I know it’s really none of my business but at a work place environment I don’t think that is necessary and now I can’t help to think how they treat their employees.
I came in to shop for concealer and foundation. I honestly had a great experience, everyone was helpful and kind to me and my two girls even though they were very hyper. Thank you 🙏
WOW! I had a wonderful experience at this location because Elahe was quite the BESR customer service representative I’ve ever met! I finally found the glamnetic nails in the style “Hailey” and when checkout out, she helped me find a coupon that turned my $17 order to $7.50 with the coupon and my points! She has been the best customer service rep at Ulta in my 15+ years of going there…we may have found a the new Mikayla! 🤣💖💕
