I had a very disappointing experience with a beauty team employee name Hail at this Ulta location. I came in with a clear idea of the makeup products and shades I wanted based on a previous visit to another Ulta, where an employee did an excellent job matching me. When I explained the concealer and products I normally use, the employee repeatedly commented on how expensive they were and questioned why I would spend that much money on concealer. They have a wide range of products. I placed an order on a Saturday night and by the following Friday they had already returned my merchandise to stock and taking the liberty of canceling my transaction and initiating a refund. If you make a purchase for pick up I would pick it up ASAP.
This entire store location had extremely great hospitality. Yona I believe was the sales lead and she was excellent!
Excellent experience, Jeff was very helpful and did a great job applying and trying different makeup solutions for me
