disappointed I went to this Ulta for a cut and color which ended up being a bad experience. My stylist was rude - he scoffed at the picture I had brought in and then wouldn't suggest an alternative haircut, saying my hair was too weird. When I told him where I lived, he called it ghetto and told me I shouldn't tell people the truth about where I lived. The stylist next too me made fun of her client too the whole time. Wouldn't Recommend I would not recommend a hair cut from this salon. The young girl that cut my hair just worked there as a 2nd job. she worked at HEB the rest of the time. You would think a hair stylist would work only as that. i went in after growing out my hair for 8 months from a shorter haircut because i had decided to let it grow back out long. the hair cut was looking good then she turned me away from the mirror saying she needed to "thin out" my hair. when she turned my back to the mirror after several minutes, i not... read more
You have to be kidding me I do NOT recommend using the salon at Ulta in Round Rock--La Frontera! I scheduled an appointment with a stylist and after waiting 45 minutes past my appt time did anyone realize that I was still waiting and the stylist was still not there! I didn't have time to wait around to see if anyone would show up so I left without anyone even seeming to care. What a waste of my valuable time.
