Today was my first time at this Ulta location. I had a great experience with being greeted when walking in the door letting me know all deals they had. A very nice young lady named Logan asked if I needed help finding anything. With her help, Logan found me a perfume that I love! Good customer service is hard to find now a day's, and she did it with a smile. I will definitely be returning. Thanks again!
Had a haircut on Friday 9/19/2025 and it came out uneven and crooked. I was disappointed with the attention to detail. I’m sharing so others know what to expect from the salon at this location.

I have been hesitant to write this, but I feel it’s necessary. I recently received a haircut at your salon and specifically asked for a trim on my LOB. Instead, I was left with a much shorter cut that resembles a traditional bob, which is not what I requested or expected. This has been extremely frustrating, as it now looks nothing like the style I came in with and will take a long time to grow out.
