Russell!! I went in last night to dramatically go from long locks to a bob! Russell, was great- he did a wonderful job on my hair. It is always scary to have someone cut your hair, but to have someone chop it all off and make it look good, is even scarier. Russell was great! I recommend his work! My hair looks great and it's easy to style.
Great Stylist!! I just moved here from Tennessee and needed a haircut. I read really good reviews about Russell and went in to see him. He asked me what I wanted and really listened to me, especially since I have naturally curly hair and I was nervous. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I LOVE MY HAIRCUT!!! Then he blow dried it straight, and it looked great. I will never go to anyone else!!!
Love the hair salon! I have long naturally curly hair. For 5 years I couldn't find a hairdresser who could cut my hair. I went from expensive salons to supercuts and back again. Everyone was awful & I had some really botched cuts. Until I met Russell! I loooooove his haircuts and styles. I get so many compliments. The way he cuts my hair, I can wear it curly or straighten it & it looks fantastic either way. I love my Russell and will never let anyone else touch my hair!! :)
Best haircut in a long time!! My Ulta rewards was a level 6 thus earning a choice of free items which included a free haircut & style or perfume. My youngest daughter (18 yrs) had her hair cut at Ulta in Rockwall about a year ago, neither of us were impressed with the outcome. Very Dissatisfied I will never purchase ulta again. This ordeal all happened when they had a promotion u get a robe free with frangrane purchase. I order online 85.00 in products. Well 5 days later they refunded my card so I contacted customer service and was told by a manger and a rep the order had been canceled but didn't know why. So I placed another order same amount but without the promotion. Three days later I recieved that order. I was satisfied until I recieved another package this one with the robe. THE BEST PLACE EVER I LOVE ULTA 3 IN MESQUITE I HAVE SHOPPED THERE FOR ABOUT TTHREE YEARS. THAT PLACE ALWAYS HAVE WHAT I NEED. THE SALON IS VERY GOOD i HAVE HAD MY HAIR DONE BY TWO OF THE BEST STYLISTS THERE RUSSELL AND JANAY THEY REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
Ulta Salon (HORRIBLE) Let me start by saying I am an Ulta Fan. I have shopped there for many years and will continue to. With that being said, I will NEVER step foot in this Ulta again. The staff is rude and trashy. The salon shop manager has by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. I received a HORRIBLE haircut and DYE/Highlight job. Ulta Salon Cosmetics I just loooove Russell he is the best stylist at Ulta in Mesquite, Tx. I have been going to him for the past 2 years and I just love the what he does with my hair!! I recommend him for cut and color..very honest. The store has very good selection too. Happy Customer
