Every time I come to this store, I am not acknowledged or helped. Today I was greeted for the 1st time ever, but unfortunately this was the only "good" and "professional" thing at Ulta. I waited for over 30-40 minutes to ask about makeup applications, while all someone needed was foundation matching. The employee was talking to her about other non-related things and helping others while I stood there the whole time.
