Good luck trying to get acknowledged if you have an online order to pick up
Trash! I was excited to purchase cologne the previous day and had to beg to get help with inventory questions. When I returned the next day to purchase the colognes I wanted I was completely ignored not just by associate but as a manager passed by I attempted to get her attention by stating “excuse me” and she walked right past me. The bare minimum you can do is address the customer and I didn’t even receive that.
