Sat in the chair 4 and a half hours the first day, requesting simply match the bottom of my blonde hair to the top which gets no sunlight as I wear a hardhat 12 hours a day. Came out with auburn hair on top with Bozo the clown orange color at the sides of my ears. Called ARIEL, the "stylist ", she said come back in.
