Always had a good experience at benefit brow bar at Arborland. However, the Maple Village location completely slaughtered my eyebrows . I asked repeatedly to not take off too much. One eyebrow is short and pencil thin , they aren’t even close to matching and I have been growing them out for years. Absolutely horrible . RecommendedI just went in to purchase some face foundation, and since this pandemic has begun its been very weird for everyone. I would like to give a huge thank you to the sweet woman who works there (I forgot her name 🤦🏻♀️) that helped me match my makeup without actually trying it on (because COVID won’t let you open and skin match testers) which Matches PERFECTLY and they were very kind to me and my toddler son. The staff here is ridiculously rude and this is the second time I've now heard them openly gossiping and talking negatively about customers in front of other customers.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. I get that curbside pickups are a pain but you should probably be a little nicer to your customers... won’t be shopping here anymore I’ll just order straight from the vendor.
