I went in on 3/28 for foundation. I wasn't sure about which shade I'd need. I really needed some help but there was no one around. I wasn't greeted on my way in. I wasn't approached or offered help. This is the second time I visit this store and this happens. I have worked in retail for many years, and I find this unacceptable.
I’m typically am an online Ulta shopper but my mother in law was In Town and wanted to try some fragrances we were assisted by Barbara from the fragrance department she was the MOST Amazing and helpful person I’ve ever met she went above and beyond had great recommendations we had a wonderful experience so thank you Barbara we will be back to see you.
Nice and clean store. Surprisingly low stock on many items I went there for but their online shopping makes up for it. I recently moved by this one and decided to try out the salon. I got a wash and blowout by Lisa and she was a doll. Will definitely book with her again.
