Freya did an incredible job with my Keratin Express Treatment. She was professional and friendly. Her knowledge of all things hair was impressive.
I wasted my lunch hour coming to Ulta not only to stand in line for 15 minutes just to get change to tip the lady who didn’t end up doing my service because it didn’t occur to anyone to check the wax for eyebrows prior to their appointment and the wax is still in lump form. Not hot and after 10 minutes of waiting still not hot. Fix your machines!!!!! What a waste of time, I laughed when she wanted me to reschedule.
