I wish google had the option of 0 stars for this Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience!! I’ve been an Ulta customer for a while, and this was easily my worst experience. I understand policies, including the ID requirement, but the way this manager which name is MERLENE handled the situation was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Delia did my hair and she is an amazing colorist I can’t be any happier. Not only did she do the color exactly how I wanted it but with my style and edge! She is also such a great women to talk to, I will definitely be recommending her to my friends!
Crystal did a phenomenal job on my hair! I am beyond thrilled. I’m very particular and my hair is hard to cut. So I have a hard time finding someone who can make me happy. I think I’ve finally found my person!!!
Need new management- slow check out and no customer service
Freya Neale colored and cut my hair and I couldn’t be more PLEASED! I have stubborn hair and she listened and knew exactly what to do! I will definitely be going back to her!
