2025. When I got up to the counter to check out girl required all my personal information and when I told her, I just wanted to buy the product she told me I could not even return it unless she had all my personal information. When I started to walk away, she said “wait give me a friend or family’s personal information and that way you can purchase the product. It’s store policy.” Sounds like they get bonuses for gathering your personal information. Beware. Very fishy practice. What are they wanting with your phone number?
Big kudos to the makeup girl TL. My girlfriend and I came in yesterday to get a new foundation for her because the one she was matched with by someone else was definitely not the right color. TL was so nice and seemed to know a ton about the difference in the products and how to apply them.
