JANELLE!!!! This woman is amazing!! I wish I could have done more to express how amazing and grateful I am for her. This post is for the Ulta Salon. I had a hair emergency, trying to solve it, and also was in a hurry, the staff was outstanding! They were able to accommodate me in between appointments even though I was a walk in. Andrew, the hairdresser was very professional, knowledgeable and kind with me, even though my hair was a complete disaster when I came in, damaged, thin and very little hair,he was able to bring my hair back to life and looking as healthy as possible. I've been searching for a concealer shadw that doesn't make me look washrd out or too orange for years. Janelle was able to help me find a concealer shade within seconds. I'd recommend her to friends and family and strangers, 10/10, fantastic service.
