I’ve been going to Crystal at the Ulta Salon at Tower Shops for a few years now. I will not go anywhere else. Crystal is the best of the best! She works great, knows what is best for my hair. My haircuts are amazing!!
This was hands down the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced at any Ulta, and it happened at the Tower Shops location around 8PM last night. I went in simply to pick up an online order, and instead of receiving even the slightest bit of help, I was met with eye-rolling, attitude, and pure rudeness from all three employees working. i don’t really leave reviews but i came to see if anyone else had a bad experience. not surprised it wasn’t just me. everyone here has an attitude problem idk why ppl choose to go into customer service and can’t even do the bare minimum of it. like why did it seem like such an annoyance to yall when YOU GUYS forgot one of MY items from my pickup order. this is one of those ultas where if u know what u want get it and try not to interact with them then get out. and if u do a pick up order then double check it.
