Managers are SUPER rude and arrogant. They should be the nicest but they absolutely are not. The only one who looks happy and is helpful is Isaiah. Everyone else was super blah and looked miserable like they didn’t want to be there.
Wonderful customer service and assistance. Holly is terrific. She spent time with me, made great suggestions and also gentle corrections. I love this store!
Wow- what happened to this location??? I am a frequent Ulta shopper and made a special trip to this store because I needed multiple items. The staff used to be knowledgeable and friendly. Not this week. I encountered Lee at the register with a return. When I asked her if she minded throwing away my small clean shopping bag she turned and said there’s a trash can outside.
