Went in today before it closed and had the pleasure of meeting Trina. She was wonderful and very sweet and patient. I needed help finding a powder foundation and even though closing time was near she never made me feel rushed and always answered my questions with politeness. I’m so grateful for her and her incredible service, will definitely be back again.

On 09/05/2025 I placed a pickup order at this Ulta store, and when I arrived I found out it had already been marked as picked up even though I never picked it up. I sat outside with my dog and called the store, and was on the phone with Isaiah for 15 minutes, 10 of those minutes I was on hold while waiting right in front of the store. Just witnessed a cashier (older lady with blond hair) and a male manager (Think his name said “Devin”) be so rude to a customer, I was shocked. Customer was complaining about wanting an exchange but the cashier was arguing she thought she wanted a refund, but I heard the customer and she did ask for an “exchange” actually.
