I had a seriously bad experience tonight at this store. I was at random area with clearance section where I saw a Natasha Denona product with a security wrap when I went to inspect the product’s condition the security wrap went off. A sales associate quickly walked up to me and snatched it out my hands and told me that there should be a tester by the actual area so embarrassed I was I walked over and SAW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I placed an online order with Ulta to take advantage of a 50% discount on a product I really wanted. Shortly after, I received an email saying my order was ready for pick-up. Naturally, I headed to the store to get it — only to be told that there was no order to pick up and that the product was completely out of stock. Absolutely a great shop. Love the people & at the salon Jade the top consultant knows exactly what she’s doing with hair color, especially blondes she highlighted my hair beautifully and gave me a great cut. I trusted her to give me bangs after not having them for 50 years.
Doesn't have kojie soap sad
Came in for two items. No bag, no jacket, no pockets — just phone and keys. Instead of assistance because clearly I couldn’t find what I was looking for, security was sent to follow me. That says everything about how this store operates. Won’t be returning.
