Came in for two items. No bag, no jacket, no pockets — just phone and keys. Instead of assistance because clearly I couldn’t find what I was looking for, security was sent to follow me. That says everything about how this store operates. Won’t be returning.

The shape, the flow, everything is just perfect and suits my face so well. Merida is so talented, gentle, and really listens to what you want. This place saved me. I needed my daughter’s hair and makeup done after the place I made reservations for cancelled last minute. They squeezed her in for hair and the Chanel lady did her makeup for me. I will forever be grateful to them.
