Just bought lipstick and lip liner. I loved the service. It had been over 5 years since I bought lipstick. The sales associate on the phone was great! She was patient and answered all my questions before coming to the store. Once I got there the sales associate recognized my voice and promptly brought Ixi to help me. Ixi was so helpful and patient. She used an app on her phone to make sure the lip products were safe for me to use. She helped me to find the colors I wanted. I will be returning.

I'm a frequent shopper at Ulta (Diamond level) and this is my closest store. One of the reasons I shop at Ulta is the generous return policy. I walk into this store to do a return and immediately I'm asked for ID--before I even put in my phone number for rewards. I've been asked for ID before, but only for point redemption. When I asked why, I'm just told "policy", even though I've recently shopped at other Ultas in the state (including New York City) and returned items. Fine. I had a seriously bad experience tonight at this store. I was at random area with clearance section where I saw a Natasha Denona product with a security wrap when I went to inspect the product’s condition the security wrap went off. A sales associate quickly walked up to me and snatched it out my hands and told me that there should be a tester by the actual area so embarrassed I was I walked over and SAW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I placed an online order with Ulta to take advantage of a 50% discount on a product I really wanted. Shortly after, I received an email saying my order was ready for pick-up. Naturally, I headed to the store to get it — only to be told that there was no order to pick up and that the product was completely out of stock.
