Wanted to give a shout out to Victoria in the hair salon... she is ABSOLUTELY wonderful. I scheduled an appointment on a whim, it was her last available on a Saturday afternoon- 5pm. I needed a fast cut and she understood the assignment and delivered with skill and an awesome personality. She gave me the wash and go cut that looks great, wasn't miserable like some of the other hair specialists there. I hope when I'm ready for another cut she's still in the area! Go in and give Victoria a chance to make your hair feel great!
I waited until after I moved to write this review because I wanted some distance from the experience, but unfortunately, this Ulta gave me one of the most unpleasant salon experiences I’ve ever had. I came in for a few blowout appointments and was made to feel uncomfortable each time. The stylist berated me for arriving with my hair “too wet” and repeatedly complained that my hair was too much work for her. Dev helped me today find something I was looking for, unfortunately they did not have what I needed but I did leave the with a product she suggested! Absolutely loved her, she was amazing definitely deserves a raise!
I had the most elite girls-girl experience at Ulta today and I’m still thinking about it. Dev and Jess absolutely made my birthday weekend. From the second I walked in, they were kind, hyping me up, honest in the best way, and genuinely invested in helping me feel good.
