I waited until after I moved to write this review because I wanted some distance from the experience, but unfortunately, this Ulta gave me one of the most unpleasant salon experiences I’ve ever had. I came in for a few blowout appointments and was made to feel uncomfortable each time. The stylist berated me for arriving with my hair “too wet” and repeatedly complained that my hair was too much work for her. Dev helped me today find something I was looking for, unfortunately they did not have what I needed but I did leave the with a product she suggested! Absolutely loved her, she was amazing definitely deserves a raise!
