Staff is very helpful,
I had a wonderful experience at this Ulta. The employees are so friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. I was looking for a perfume for a gift and the beauty advisor named Paola helped me find the exact perfume I wanted in a gift set for cheaper then just the full size! She was so nice!
I have been an Ulta customer for 18 years. I patronize this store due to their return policy since I have allergies to most makeups and moisturizers. I have NEVER had any issues returning anything at Ulta in 18 years that did not agree with me until I stopped at this location because the employee did not follow their own store policy.
