I go to this Ulta all the time. Every single person that works, there is extremely friendly. However, Nyla stood out to me! She was so kind, informative, and sweet. At the register, I had some questions on some products. She went and got the ones that she recommended for my skin type for me and went well above and beyond. Nyla deserves it all. She was so amazing.

Very upset with my son’s service. My son has very long curly hair. I normally wash and define his hair but wanted to try Ulta’s Cleans, care and define service. I booked with Noel 2 weeks ago and accompanied my son for his first service. Maritza (sp) Is an absolute rockstar. I came in on a doordash looking for an item that I have no idea about. She stopped everything she was doing and helped me find the item. In a world where I go into spots and often don't even get acknowledged... She's a breath of fresh air. You guys are lucky. I'm in my startup face for my company otherwise I would have hired her on the spot.
