I had a very frustrating experience with Ulta’s same-day delivery service and the way the situation was handled by the store manager. I placed a same-day delivery order, but when my DoorDash driver arrived to pick it up, the employees handed them someone else’s order. Because of that mistake, I never received the items I paid for. The Elite Stylist Jeanette M. made my experience there highly uncomfortable to the point I couldn’t even have the service provided to me and it seemed to be a clear race issue with providing me the services I booked. I reported her to the on site manager Adriana.
I went in for eyebrows and lip waxing. Needless to say what I received was a hot mess. I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed.
tinley ulta is my favorite in my area just bc the in-store stock is always accurate to what is on the app, and customer service is the besttt! my cashier Jacqueline the other day gave me an acceptional interaction and educated me on the card benefits, so i hope she gets good recognition at work🩷
