Very upset with my son’s service. My son has very long curly hair. I normally wash and define his hair but wanted to try Ulta’s Cleans, care and define service. I booked with Noel 2 weeks ago and accompanied my son for his first service. I was very clear how particular he is about his hair and watched her perform the service to be sure it turned out the way he wanted it. We were pleased with her service so booked her again. Maritza (sp) Is an absolute rockstar. I came in on a doordash looking for an item that I have no idea about. She stopped everything she was doing and helped me find the item. In a world where I go into spots and often don't even get acknowledged... She's a breath of fresh air. You guys are lucky. I'm in my startup face for my company otherwise I would have hired her on the spot.
