Went in not knowing what I needed or wanted but thankfully experience manager Rachel swooped in to save the day. Super nice, helpful and understanding of budget. I always love shopping at this ulta but even more so now!!
Asked for inverted bob I look like a bowl haircut and now I have to wait till it grows out paid 100 bucks for a 15 min haircut from a master im so upset ALL ONE LENGTH
