I have always had a positive experience at this Ulta location. This is the only location I will shop at, and I am right in between this one and another (rhymes with “Brexlertown”). They have the most helpful associates compared. Someone is always willing to answer my questions and I don’t ever feel like I am being “sold to.” I’ve received tons of great recommendations from workers at this store, whether hair products, skincare, or makeup. My questions were quickly answered. Perfume is locked up and is taken to the register for you. There must have been much theft.

Just placed my first-ever pickup order with Ulta. I ordered a fairly expensive hair dryer and a blowout spray. While I was in the store, I browsed and found a few more items I wanted to purchase, checked out, picked up my order, and left. When I got home, the hair dryer was in the bag, but the blowout spray was not. The bag was sealed—I had to rip it open myself. Stopped in on Tuesday December 2nd. Had an issue with an item that I did not receive. Regina was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to fix the issue. Great customer service.
