A few days ago I went in to grab some skin care to heal some scars/dark spots I had on my face. I dont know her name, but I asked a lady who was wearing an indigo/purple cardigan about which product to use. I was initially looking at Ordinary, but she told me that the product i was looking at wouldn't help with my specific issue, and recommended me a different product. Im using it and im already seeing progress in the past 2 days. Thank you so much to whoever she is!
Salon part was unprofessional. Some stylists smelled like cigarettes, which I don't want to smell when getting my hair done. Discussed inappropriate stuff in front of me the client about their personal lives and weekends. Felt rushed for a $60 haircut that was not anything special. The salon manager was unpleasant and unprofessional also. So if that's the leadership the stylist are getting I see how this could be happening. The whole experience was not enjoyable.
