Hannah handled a very rude customer with grace. An older woman made a snide, condescending remark about something Hannah was doing and she responded in a very professional and mature fashion. When it was my time to check out with Hannah she was efficient and warm and you can tell that's not a work persona, that's just who she is as a person. She's a sweetheart.
The treatment in the store, by the cashier employee was terrible, he did not want to validate my 10% discount that I have from the magazine that comes home every month, nor did he give me the free gift that included the perfume I bought. For Father's Day
staff are friendly and helpful. store arrangement and flow could be better but that's not on the staff.
