Not so warm and fuzzy – Beauty is a warm and fuzzy industry, but the sales staff in the retail area at Ulta, Buckhead are more, like, cool and rough. Going to Ulta Buckhead is like going to Home Depot. If you can actually get someone to help you, it's with an unsmiling, unfriendly, "can't you see I'm busy?" kind of answer. Loved it! – I heard about Meredith in the Ulta salon while at the Spacific Healing spa. Prior to my massage my therapist noticed that I was from Buckhead and said "Oh, my wife is a hairstylist there, she works at Ulta!" Since my treatments there were so great I decided to give her a try. The Salon was very nice. The receptionist kindly booked my appointment and I was in.
