I’m extremely disappointed with my experience trying to book a birthday appointment at the Salon at Ulta Beauty in Macon. I’ve been going to this location and the Warner Robins location for probably 10+ years for silk presses, cuts, trims, color, and other services. I’ve also maintained Platinum status with Ulta for years and have been Diamond some years, so I’m certainly not unfamiliar with Ulta, the salon, or paying for professional beauty services. Ms Elaine was awesome! Patient with my kids, fun, friendly, experienced and eve took time to teach my daughter about her hair.
Good experience every time the staff is very helpful and friendly! I have never had a problem at this location! This is my favorite ulta !
