Customer service is absolutely heinous…. The heavy set chick on the sales floor acted like she didn’t wanna be there. 4:33 pm August 25 2025 only one sales rep actually working which was the dread head behind the register… sad
I came into the store earlier this morning. All of the employees were standing around talking. Shortly after, I sensed that I was being followed. This was the first time I’ve been to this location so I wasn’t sure of where everything was. I understand the employees have to look out for shoplifters, but it made me very uncomfortable. They gathered near the front door as I approached the register. Once they saw that I was paying for stuff everyone dispersed. I will not be returning.
The hairstylist, Morgan, colored my hair and it turned out gorgeous. I’ve gotten so many compliments. She consulted with me about which color and shade I wanted to be and was very thorough. I will definitely be back to see her.
