CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING for shoppers with epilepsy/photosensitivity: Several signs in this store are malfunctioning and "strobe-flashing" rapidly. When I reported this to the employees, I was told by management that they "can't turn them off" and "there was nothing they could do." One manager even told me, "It’s whatever." They could at least have put up a warning sign or removed the dead bulbs. Thankfully someone was there to warn me.

Just visited this store and location. In town traveling from the Mid Atlantic region of the US. Sales associates seemed to prioritize only greeting Caucasian customers as they entered the store and only offered assistance to Caucasian customers in the area of the store I was in. I observed it as I entered and walked around for 10 minutes. A sales associate walked in front of me and did not offer assistance nor a greeting but walked over to a Caucasian customer offering to assist. Jamie at the Lancôme counter is great - she helped me find exactly the right shade of foundation & a few other essentials as well. Extremely knowledgeable on all the products and customer focused !
