I give Cheyenne (my hair stylist) 5 stars. She is the best. I had a bad experience with checking out and the point system and Vanessa (Store Manager) personally called me and made it right on my next visit. Will continue to shop at Ulta and will definitely continue going to Cheyenne.
I give Cheyenne (my hair stylist) 5 stars. She is the best. Customer service and management 0 stars. Frequently shop and spend money in this store. The cashiers need more training and the managers need to take better care of their customers. Especially when their cashiers make mistakes. Will not be spending any more money in this store except for my services with Cheyenne.
Thank you for taking the time to explain the makeup & help my daughter find her shade & giving the tips on how important skin care is with or without make up. It was very appropriate conversation & advice for my 13 year old.
