My Mom has been going to this Ulta for years and had zero issues with the staff until today. I don't know if they're just too anxious or inherently distrusting but my Mom experienced some unnecessary judgements. When my Mom was looking for some cologne for my Father, she was showed a bottle that was similar. Today me and my mom went to Ulta to get me color matched for a activity of mine, Lindsey was the first to jump in and help me get a lot of the supplies i needed, and spent a very long time helping me with my foundation color and concealer colors. Tekeshor jumped in and helped find some good brands and items that would be good and generally cheap, Lindsey too! I was looking for a conclear and initially didn’t ask for help but the tall girl who has black hair and blue eyes with the baddest eye liner helped me out so much!! She’s so sweet and kind and approached and found my perfect shade! I’ve was there for the same reason last week and the workers who tried helping were not helpful as her and didn’t really listen. She was such a good employee!!! I didn’t get her name but hopefully she gets recognized, love you girl!
