I visited this Ulta location on 8/28 around 1:15pm, and the staff working at that time were all friendly and helpful. I usually go to the Bellevue Factoria location because I live in Bellevue, and only went here because my regular Ulta didn't have the item I wanted in stock. This location is also larger than Bellevue and every product I looked was in stock, which is never the case for the Bellevue Factoria location. Jessalyn was absolutely amazing!! She cut my hair exactly how i envisioned it and listened to everything i had to say without judgement! She didn’t force me to talk during the cut, wash, or blowout and I genuinely felt so comfortable talking and getting my hair done by her :) I’m more of an introverted person so i struggle with speaking up if I’m not too happy with something but she made the environment so welcoming that I felt perfectly fine doing so. The manager at the Issaquah Ulta was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her behavior was unacceptable, and she should not be managing customers.

I’ve generally had positive experiences here, but the most recent visits have been a bit disappointing as the manager’s behavior felt very unwelcoming and judgmental.
