Had a very bad experience at this store. My 7 year old daughter was part of a party at Ulta. The hair stylist, while working on her hair, mentioned that she has lice nits. They made her leave the store immediately and had her sit outside until we came to pick her up. When we asked to point the nits out, the stylist showed some gray particles. Today I had my hair colored by Diana at Ulta Beauty, and I’m absolutely happy with the result! Diana carefully listened to what I wanted and did everything so professionally and beautifully. The color turned out fresh, gorgeous, and exactly how I imagined it. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and you can truly feel the care for clients. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend Diana 🤍

3 times I have to go to this location for a simple 2 things pick up … I had a very frustrating experience at this Ulta Beauty location. I asked an employee for help finding a product, and instead of actually assisting me, she simply grabbed the item closest to her and said it would work for me. When I finally found the correct product and tested the shade, she told me they didn’t have it in stock.
