i called in advance before making a hair appt. to be sure i could use a 30.00 coupon for a cut and style. i was only going to get a root touch up but was told over the phone i could use the 30.00 for the cut and style so I did and then was still charged 30.00 more dollars for the cut and style because that must have cost 60.00. was charged 88.00. way too expensive. and the manager was rude about it. She made me feel like a cheap skate.
