My normal Ulta on Signle Butt didn't have the product I was wanting. And I found this location. The first gentleman I spoke to about perfume was kind and very outgoing. They also did not have the product i wanted. He quickly explained how i can go online and order it... but, when I got to the makeup counter. The two ladies working their were very rude. Salon staff are rude and unapologetic. They changed my haircut appt without telling us and when I called to ask why they said they didn’t know. When I tried to get in at a different time they wouldn’t honor the original price. How is it okay to change my appointment for no reason?

Love this place they are so helpful to me every time I go here , they are always asking me what I need help with I tell them and they help me right away . I will always shop here the whole staff is fantastic!
