I went to Ulta to get ready for an upcoming trip and as soon as I walked in Lily greeted me and made it a great experience. Lily was wonderful and so helpful. Thank you, Lily! You made my day.

To make a long story short, Erica and her amazing associates at this Ulta Location are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They helped me with a nightmare return that should have been about 5 minutes was over a week process however each time I went in they remembered who I was, they were eager to know what I was told by customer service and they were all around attentive and understanding of the problem. As of today, the issue was been resolved and I couldn’t thank this team more. 10 STARS ALL AROUND!!!! Happy Customer!!!!
