I had a great experience at Ulta thanks to Erica. I was looking for an Estée Lauder foundation and was hesitant to ask for help, but she kindly checked in with me more than once and made me feel comfortable. I was deciding between two shades, and she took the time to test several options and helped me narrow it down. She even gave me two samples to try at home before making a final decision. Erica was incredibly attentive, patient, and professional. Customer service like hers really makes a difference!
Ash was absolutely amazing. I appreciate her giving me advise and suggestions that would work for my curly hair. Super patient and kind.

Ulta is great however they are out of stock quite often and then I need to order online. I love that I can place an order online and do curbside pick up.
