I just got home from this Ulta location and I will never shop there again!!! I spend a lot of money at this location and I am a platinum member but the customer service that I received today was horrible! I received an email today about a free gift with purchase of an Essie top coat with an Essie purchase of $15 or more. There was also a sign at the Essie display detailing the free gift. Amazing service excellent people skills by everyone we talked to. Prices are a little high but all worth it.
I LOVE this store! I get my hair done with Lindsay. I've been coming here for years and she is always helpful, cheerful and consistent. Lauryn does my brows and she is amazing too! Highly recommend!
