Employees give you a bad attitude for no reason. Don’t come to this ulta unless you want to be treated like they’re doing you a favor.
Shout out to Liz the manager, for finding me a travel size purple shampoo! Other coworkers were so kind helping me as well, then Liz knew where to look. Great store, I’ve been coming here for years and always get great service, even amid holiday rushes. Recommend
Went to the salon for highlights. Not only was my hair over processed and DESTROYED, but the stylist didn’t touch my roots and there were harsh lines everywhere. It was embarrassing showing my hair to anyone……. The cut wasn’t even straight and I had tufts of hair that were clearly missed. I spent over $200 to get my hair ruined. I could have done a better job at home…… had to go somewhere else to have it fixed, which cost another $200. Avoid this salon.
Really nice, kind employees, but if you’re black don’t go here
