I went in to exchange a cologne that was leaking. And didn’t have at the store I bought it from. Before I left that ulta I asked if I needed a receipt. They said no, with my number should come up on my account. When I came here the cashier, addy I believe is her name took my number and scanned the cologne and everything ringed up fine , but because of how I looked she went on to say a comment that I think is not ok for anyone to say. Editing my last review as I cannot believe at the big age these women are, they are comfortable gossiping about staff while caring for clients. Come here if you want to be around a bunch of bullies. Very sad.

I went in for a Kertain express treatment and I have a short pixie cut. The stylist who did my hair stated that she was extremely comfortable with the Kertain express and with over 10 years of experience! The following went all wrong… 1.
