Saw Astra today at the salon, they were absolutely wonderful. They helped me deal with an awkward hairstyle transition and never once made me feel embarrassed. I struggle with anxiety and some other neurodivergence so finding a stylist that can both make me feel comfortable and help me define what I need is extremely valuable to me. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants a professional stylist who will treat you like a friend and help you find more comfort and confidence.
Abbey the lead cashier is amazing! She is knowledgeable, patient, kind and her customer service skills are exceptional. If you shop at this store- you want Abbey to help you.
I went in to exchange a cologne that was leaking. And didn’t have at the store I bought it from. Before I left that ulta I asked if I needed a receipt. They said no, with my number should come up on my account. When I came here the cashier, addy I believe is her name took my number and scanned the cologne and everything ringed up fine , but because of how I looked she went on to say a comment that I think is not ok for anyone to say.
