This location has gone downhill. I went in for a consultation and the stylist insisted on cutting a chunk of my hair in order to get a better idea of how to achieve the color I wanted. I was reluctant but she pushed for it so I agreed. It’s been two weeks and after calling twice, I haven’t heard back. They won’t return my calls or reach out. What was the point of cutting my hair off? Terrible.

Went in today, was going buy a product for my daughter, went up to register the price was different then on the shelf, would not honor the price that they marked it at. Which is crazy as even the person this employee ask thought the tag was of same product. So how would a customer know. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!
Disappointed. Had scheduled for hi lights & lo lights. I arrived 10 minutes early no problem. However it ran into 45 minutes later than my scheduled time. Was informed the stylist was with a client doing her makeup. I went and bought a cold coffee & sandwich eating it where I bought it. Rushing back to salon thinking itd now be me holding her up. I love that great makeup products are available here. My salon experience was okay due to the young lady cutting my hair was a big flustered when I told her that I wanted a more round edges. Probably won't get my hair cut here. But other that that ULTA has always been a cool place to buy make up.
