Rude staff and manager refused to exchange a MAC mascara that someone had USED and RETURNED and then I unfortunately purchased because they put returned make up out on the shelf! They STOLE $30 from me.
I always find exactly what I am looking for, no customer service "attack" but read to help if I need.
