If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not go to Desiree. I went to get my haircut at their salon. I showed a picture of what I wanted. The stylist started cutting my hair and did not confirm how much I wanted to be cut before she chopped at it. When she showed me in the mirror it was 4 inches shorter of what I had asked for and I broke out into tears. I thought I was gonna have a heart attack. visited on Mother’s Day and spent over $700 in the store. I noticed complimentary pink Mother’s Day bags being given out to other customers, but I was never offered one. It wasn’t about the bag itself, but it did make me feel overlooked as a customer. Overall, the experience left me feeling a little unwelcome.”
If I could give it more I would. Staff is friendly and I felt comfortable. I got my hair done at the salon by Amanda. She's actually been doing my hair since 2022 and she now works here and so of course I followed. She does amazing work and she's an amazing person. Definitely recommend.
The layout of the store is a bit chaotic and crowded but the friendly, knowledgeable staff will get you right to where you need to be.
Disappointed that there’s no grace period for birthday gifts. I came in just days after my birthday and was turned away because it was the next month. Feels like an easy opportunity for better customer care.
