Love this Ulta. I always am greeted and customer service is superb. Especially this last time I went in the store manager Octavia (I hope I spelled it correctly) was so helpful. I had a bad experience with the new Ulta by my house and I came in this location and she was so helpful. I appreciate her very much.
My daughter turned 15 yesterday and frequents your store. Night and day experience from SEPHORA at SEPHORA she was greeted at the door. The sales rep who assisted her wished her a happy birthday and asked for her phone number and gave her a gift in under two seconds. She was sweet and happy for my daughter. I went to Ulta looking for something to help with my dark under-eye circles and the extra “baggage” my eyes have picked up over the past year.
